World and olympic champion, brisk walking is no longer suspected of doping

The Slovak snelwandelaar Matej Toth, the world and olympic champion in the 50 km, is no longer suspected of doping. That has the Slovak news agency TASR on Friday reported on behalf of the Slovak athletics club SAZ. The 34-year-old Toth may therefore again to international competitions to participate in.

The International athletics federation IAAF suspended Toth last July for alleged doping. According to the IAAF were in the biological passport of the snelwandelaar suspicious values are identified. That may indicate the use of prohibited substances.
