Tom Dumoulin and Annemiek van Vleuten are Monday evening in Den Bosch voted Dutch cyclist and cyclist of the year. For the 27-year-old Dumoulin, winner of the Giro d’italia and world champion time trial, it was the fourth time in a row that he is the trophy received.
