NBA. Curry is going to loose Warriors, unique performance from Lakers rookie

In the NBA the Golden State Warriors showed that they also may be without Kevin Durant. Stephen Curry took the reins and led the champion to a victory in Brooklyn. When the LA Lakers made rookie Lonzo Ball for a triple-double.

Durant remained on the side near the Warriors due to an ankle injury and so felt Curry once his time came to score. The point guard led his team with 39 points and 11 rebounds to a hotly contested 111-118 victory against the Nets. Klay Thompson made the decision by seven of his 23 points in the last two minutes to score. The Nets scored Allen Crabbe 25 points. Brooklyn remains stuck on six wins from ten matches, GSW won thirteen to seventeen.

The Los Angeles Lakers booked a 127-109 home win against the Denver Nuggets. The man of the match was rookie Lonzo Ball. The point guard scored 11 points, grabbed 16 rebounds and handed out 11 assists. Good for his second triple-double of the season. Only two Lakers did that to him for as a rookie: Magic Johnson and Jerry West. Of nice company…

Also, the Detroit Pistons won their match Sunday night. The team of coach Stan Van Gundy is doing all throughout the season better than expected, and was with 97-100 too strong for the Minnesota Miss. Both teams made it a very exciting slot, with Jimmy Butler who is an ultimate chance for extensions to enforce.
