List Your Favorite Record

gh - List Your Favorite Record

Following in the footsteps of a great post from Gorilla Vs. Bear, I decided to do my own list of “Favorite Record From Every Year You Have Been Alive”.

I found this to be a difficult exercise to find just one good record for each year (’93 was the only year with more than one choice), but if you get a chance drum up a list yourself. I found it to be a fun trip down memory lane.

  • yeah this is a tough exersize narrowing down one per year. I think it would be a good one though in order to put things in context. I’ll post mine later on this week after I get a few moments to jot some albums down. I like the June of 44 and Slint. I might start sometime in Jr. high though as I didn’t much have an appreciation for this until then.
